Saturday Evening Mass PDF Print E-mail

ImageA weekly appointment running all year round is the Saturday evening young people's Mass celebrated at Sarria Church, Floriana, at 7.15pm. This Sunday Mass seeks to engage young people looking for meaning in life and wanting to celebrate this moment of closeness to God with others their age. The Sarria Mass is attended mostly by young people in the 16-25 age bracket. Young adults may find the Sunday Eucharist celebrated at 7.30pm on Saturday evening at the University Chapel, Msida, more suited to their age group. Masses at Sarria Church and at the University Chapel are celebrated by Jesuit priests while several young people contribute significantly in the preparation and animation of the liturgy.
