The Jesuits are dedicating a lot of their attention to the formation of the laity. For these purposes the University Chaplaincy offers the possibility of participating in retreats organised 3 times throughout the year, for University students and other young people. Apart from the spiritual formation inYgo provides also other forms of formation including  the Certificate in Christian Leadership organised by the Institute of Pastoral Formation (IFP) as well as Formation for Retreat or Spiritual Directors through a course of Ignatian Spirituality organised by the Centre of Ignatian Spirituality (CIS).
