ImageThe Jesuits are dedicating a lot of their attention to the formation of the laity. For these purposes the University Chaplaincy offers the possibility of participating in retreats organised 3 times throughout the year, for University students and other young people. Apart from the spiritual formation inYgo provides also other forms of formation including  the Certificate in Christian Leadership organised by the Institute of Pastoral Formation (IFP) as well as Formation for Retreat or Spiritual Directors through a course of Ignatian Spirituality organised by the Centre of Ignatian Spirituality (CIS).

Australian Jesuit named to head Asian Catholic News Agency

Australian Jesuit Fr Michael Kelly has been appointed as director of the Bangkok-based Asian Catholic news agency, UCAN. UCAN was launched in 1979 to provide information on the Catholic Church and Catholic concerns in the Asian region. It is the largest Catholic news service in Asia and one of the biggest in the world.
