Welcome to EAPN Malta, our mission is bringing together all those with the capacity and the will to eradicate poverty and social exclusion

A number of Maltese civil society non governmental organisations and groups involved in the fight against poverty and social exclusion have come together to form a network - EAPN Malta, as a means of strengthening the voice of persons  experiencing or living at the risk of poverty and/or experiencing social exclusion in Malta.

EAPN Malta is a member of EAPN (European Anti-Poverty Network). EAPN monitors and analyses EU policies, which have an impact on people in poverty. EAPN lobbies European Institutions for the adoption of policies and programmes to combat poverty and social exclusion.

EAPN Malta has various members from the voluntary sector. EAPN Malta provides e-newsletters, organises seminars, meetings, focus groups and conferences, promotes research, disseminates information on poverty and social exclusion and disseminates EAPN newsletters, publications and press releases

EAPN Malta was officially launched in Malta on the 26th November 2004. The Network is open to all non governmental organisations and groups fighting poverty and social exclusion in Malta and Gozo.  Check out the EAPN Malta Events page for details regarding the official launch seminar.
